Json generation tools is a simple format of bulk upload generation tool which is used to prepare JSON file to upload the large number of products by a single upload to our database.
Q : How can I customise bulk generation tool?
Answer :
The Products bulk tool contains both mandatory and optional fields. The mandatory fields are those that must be compulsorily there for products to be valid under the products upload standard. The optional fields are those that may be customized as per the availability of data.
To customize bulk generation tool, navigate to ‘Profile Details’ sheet of Bulk tool and enter all the Mandatory fields of the Supplier details. Profile details will help customizing the products
Q : How to prepare JSON file using Json Generation Tools?
Answer :
Json Generation Tools is a simple format of bulk generation tool where all the Products details are entered in one sheet. Supplier need to enter all mandatory fields in the sheet as per the Products. After entering all the details, one can get it validated for the correctness of the data format, using the validate Button. After successfully validating the data, supplier can click the "Prepare JSON” button to generate the JSON file.
After successfully generated the JSON file, Supplier has to login to our database and upload the file for processing. After process, the system provides the table with the details of products entered or error message if any.
You can go to the Sample Products sheet to understand how to prepare the Tools.
Q : I get Type mismatch -Runtime error 13 while generating JSON file, how should I proceed?
Answer :
This error may be occurred if the Category, Weaving Type, Collection Name, Shape, Primary & Secondry Materials or Supplier State from the dropdown list is not selected as provided in the corresponding columns. So, please select from the drop down or enter the values as per the columns.
Q : What is the maximum number of Products can be entered in the Tools ?
Answer :
The Maximum of 100 Products are accepted by the Tools at one time.
Q : Is there any limit on the JSON file that is uploaded in the system ?
Answer :
Yes, the system will accept JSON file of size upto 2 MB at one time.
Q : What is the minimum/Maximum length of Quality Name to be entered in the Tools?
Answer :
Length between 3 to 21 characters in Alphanumeric and special characters except double quotes and back slash.
Q : What is the size format to be entered ?
Answer :
The size format is centimeter and 2~3 digits in width & 2~3 digits in length. Width & Length divided by "x" ( Example 200x300)
Q : What is the minimum/Maximum length of the Color Name?

Length between 3 to 21 characters in Alphanumeric and special characters except double quotes and back slash.
Q : What meant unit price?
Answer :
Unit Price meant piece value. i.e. if entered size is 200x300 and price per sq. mtr is Rs. 1000.00, then the unit price is 6.00 sq mtrs @ 1000.00 = Rs. 6000.00

Answer :
Number of pieces in stocks. (Availability)
